It’s not strange nowadays to see doctors and healthcare staff giving a round of applause when critical patients managed to recover.
Gastroenterologist Dr Maxton Pitcher went to a completely new level on Friday at the Northwick Park Hospital in London when he gave an emotional serenade during the discharge of a patient that beat the Coronavirus. The doctor picked up the violin and in tandem with a pianist performed Ave Maria (Bach/Gounod).
Dr. Pitcher is used to playing on big stages as he is also part of the European Doctors Orchestra.
