Things are getting better and better in Italy in the battle against the Coronavirus. The country recorded “only” 174 deaths related to the virus in the last 24 hours. This is the lowest level of recorded deaths since March the 10th (168). Things look even better on the newly registered infection in the last 24 hours, with 1389 reported cases that is also the lowest figure since March the 10th.
So far, Italy recorded 28,884 deaths related to Covid-19 with 100,179 active cases. The countries are starting to ease the tough lockdown measures. Italy’s Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte managed to approve an initial 25 billion-euro package of support measures back in March. There are plans for another stimulus package worth 55 billion euros.
